A pink Lenten Rose, Helleborus orientalis, at Gilmore Gardens this beautiful May week.

We stopped by Gilmore Gardens the other day to take a look around to see these shade garden beauties...

Helleborus x hybridus Obsidian Strain

A pink lotus flowering Helleborus variety

Another lotus-flowering Helleborus orientalis with purple streaked edges.

And a jar full of other small flowers that we brought home to Havenwood to enjoy. :)

What a pretty bunch of flowers. Don't you just love spring? I think I need more hellebores. I don't have any doubles. They are just spectacular.
