Iris reticulata 'Cantab' with Galanthus elwesii |
With all of the snow last week, we are a little behind our normal spring blooms.
Yet, there still are so many to enjoy when you stop & look... it takes a little patience...
but really stopping is the way to see and enjoy more of everything
- of life itself.
Hellebores orientalis hyb. blooms just starting...
and two cute pinkies with umbrellas on a rainy day...
Pretty Anemone blanda 'Blue Shades' coming up through the pink shoots of variegated loosestrife (Lysimachia punctata 'Alexander') and chartreuse Sedum 'Acre' (right & below).
Scilla siberica in the cracks of the patio and in the rock garden...
One more pretty Crocus for the year.
Funny I was thinking about my GBBD post this morning. How I really don't have much showing yet. I hope I a little more on the 15th. Your blooms are really nice, especially those cute little 'flowers' in pink in the middle of the grass.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos! I especially like the Scilla siberica between the rocks - it looks so charming.
ReplyDeleteLove the photos. Can't help you with choice, they are all lovely!
