Pink Sedum 'Autumn Joy', white flowered flat-topped aster (Doellingeria umbellata), double purple Aster hybrida 'Peter III', purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) and white striped grass Miscanthus sinensis 'Dixieland' in the Driveway Garden this week. |
September is slipping away and October is arriving here in Pennsylvania.
Here is one pretty scene between our car and door in our Driveway garden this week...

I never tire of sedum Atumn Joy...
ReplyDeleteYes... It is a classic for a reason :)
DeleteJulie, I agree with your last comment wholeheartedly.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment, Christina! Most gardens are instantly improved by adding some nice foliage plants for anchors.

DeleteHappy October to you.

Looking spectacular for September. I agree wholeheartedly about Sedum - Classic! I live how you've under planted with lamium. I grow Lamium but always struggle to make it look good in the garden. I might just borrow your idea for next year :)
ReplyDeleteThat sedum with the aster is stunning
