New Boston ferns to replace the ones that I meant to save from the cold...
New Boston ferns, to replace the ones that I meant to save from the cold...

A nicely fragrant basil, labeled 'Pesto', with white variegated leaves for the potager..

A fat clump of primroses and a yellow corydalis (Corydalis lutea, for dry shade) in a striped bucket from some lovely gardening friends.
And an afternoon's walk around a favorite nursery... what could be better?!
Thank you to my Hubby for making it at special day!
